Michael Kusiewicz (LHP)
Michael was a player for ONC for 2 seasons before being drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 8th round of the 1994 draft. In his first pro season as an 18 year old, he led the Class-A South Atlantic League with a 2.06 ERA going 8-4 in 21 starts. His Pro career spanned 14 years, including time spent with the Rockies, Blue Jay's, Red Sox, A's and Brewers organizations. He represented Canada 9 times, including as an Olympian in 2004 in Athens. Following his playing career he founded Mike's Baseball Camps and continued to give time back to the Canadians as an instructor as well as to local area little league's in the nation's capital. His is a member of the City of Nepean's sports wall of fame and his lengthy list of awards includes being named the Colorado Rockies Minor League Player of the Year in 1998.
